I really wanted to like this, but it was way too sweet for me. After a few bites, it started to feel overwhelming instead of enjoyable, and I just couldn’t get past that sugary taste

I ordered from apothic.com, whoever packed this didn’t do a great job. The box already looked kind of rough when it arrived, like it had no chance against normal shipping.

There barely seemed to be enough padding inside, and one of the bottles had leaked a little. By the time I opened it, everything smelled like wine, which is not exactly the fun way to start an order.

The wine might still be okay, but shipping glass bottles like that feels careless. I expected better, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

I ordered from apothic.com expecting it to arrive in a normal timeframe, but nope. The shipping dragged on way longer than it should have, and the tracking barely updated. It looked like my order was just sitting somewhere for days.
I totally get that delays happen sometimes, but give me a break, at least keep customers in the loop. The lack of clear info made the whole thing more frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering again if this is how shipping usually goes

I was hoping apothic.com would have a little more variety, but the weird part is that everything started to feel like a slight version of the same sweet red wine. If that’s your thing, you might be fine with it, but I kept looking for something different and didn’t really find much.

After a while, it just got kind of boring for me. I wanted more choices in flavor and style, so I don’t see myself ordering again.

I couldn’t finish it. It tasted sooo much like straight syrup and just had a weird flavor to me.

I checked my email receipt afterward and felt a bit annoyed by how much I paid. The wine was totally average, nothing special at all, and definitely not worth the price.

I tried using apothic.com on my phone it was annoying. Slow pages. A menu that kept jumping around. Then trying to find basic product info took way more taps than it should have. Checkout was confusing too, so I just gave up. Not a great experience...

I don’t feel comfortable trusting them again. The whole situation just came across as shady, and I wish they would actually take responsibility and be clear about what happened instead of leaving customers to guess...

I tried reaching out to apothic customer service about an issue with my order, and it was just silence, silence. I sent a message, waited a few days, then sent another one, and still didn’t get anything helpful back. It’s super frustrating when they take your money right away, but can’t answer a simple question. I do like some of their wine, but the support is bad, bad enough that I don’t really want to order from their site again.

I keep trying to order wine from this site, but everything I pick is either out of stock or not available where I live. It feels like they’re not paying attention to what customers can actually buy. What’s the point of browsing a site if none of it is available? Frustrating.

I ordered a few bottles from apothic.com, and I am absolutely certain they sent me someone else’s box, because most of what showed up was not what I picked. This wasn’t a tiny mix-up with one bottle either, it was basically the whole order being wrong.

Customer service eventually got back to me, but it took longer than it should have, and I had to explain the situation twice. By the second time, I was just sitting there like, there is no possible way this should be this difficult.
I know mistakes happen, but if I’m ordering wine online, I 100% expect the bottles in the box to match the ones I paid for. After this, I’m completely sure I won’t be ordering from them again.

I tried to cancel this subscription twice, but they still kept charging me. It’s super frustrating and feels really unfair.

I sent my order back weeks ago and the refund still hasn’t shown up. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to keep waiting, and it feels like they’re putting it on me somehow instead of actually helping. Really frustrating at this point.
